This instance is known for it's challenging final bosses and for the fact that it drops equipment that provides Item Set Skills. This instance can only be completed once every day.
This is not a very well populated area, but does contain a small central town called Lyk. This instance comes in two modes of difficulty: a level 35, and a level While the level 35 is fairly though for characters of it's level, it is no comparison to the level This instance is difficult in nature and has been know to wipe even fully geared players who are caught off guard.
As you might have guessed, this instance is home to the ever lovable one-eyed cyclops. While less frequently completed than it's sister instance Kalin Shrine, Cyclops Lair offers the same benefits in terms of armor sets as KS.
Xaviera is actually made to get your third class to level 50! How many games can you say get you from level in two zones? Not many. This zone is most well-known for it's high experience giving daily quests and rapid moving quest line. This area is where the primary class quests while the secondary class is in Dragonfang Ridge. The central town in this zone is Silverfall pun from the last zone begin called Silverspring.
Most notably in this zone is the ability to participate in the minigame called the Goblin Games GG for phirius shells. We'll discuss the use of these later on in the guide.
This is a difficult instance for players in this zone. There are many elites and dangerous bosses. It is easy to be overwhelmed with even a balanced party. This instance was known for dropping items needed to obtain Elite Skills , but with the creation of The Coast of Opportunity and Xaviera , this instance has decreased in traffic.
This is one of if not the only instances that centers around the Elven storyline. This instance posses treats to even high level characters as many of its bosses must be defeated in a certain method at a certain time or else the entire party will wipe out. This instance is most noted for it's beauty and perilous boss fights. A stunning snow covered tundra that centers around it's main trade hubb, Harf Trading Post.
This is the first zone where the primary and secondary class meet up. Don't be deceived This instance is primarily known for it's final boss, Dorlos.
If a character belongs to a guild with a quest board, there is a quest to kill Dorlos in order to obtain rubies for the guild. First off it is only fair to note that this "instance" comes in three sections: The Reviver's Corridor, Royal's Refuge, and the Guard's Corridor.
These three sections are more like miniature zones than instances. This arid zone is broken into two sections by a large water way through the middle. Known for it's main city, Obsidian Stronghold , due to the ability to move back and forth between Obsidian Stronghold and Dalanis after completing a certain quest within the zone " Aotulia Volcano.
This former temple to the goddess of the arts has since been flipped over and overtaken by Regin, the ex-Zurhidon mage. This instance is most noted for the large amount of drops, and is often farmed for said drops as a way to grind gold. This pirate infested area is the first to stray from the zone to zone form of travel that has been seen up to this point. This difficult instance is chalked full of dangerous traps, including cannons and enemies who will curse you to drop your defense and damage abilities.
This instance is most noted for the increased value of have both a druid and priest within the party to complete. Another note worthy aspect, is the final boss, Snow Blake, who has the ability to one shot anyone within her range with a certain move. This bog-like area is the first zone in which Ancient Mementos can be acquired and spent.
But their dark retreats are huge and they command armies of powerful followers, so even getting to those bosses will be very dangerous. After the release there will not only be instanced raids, but also huge persistent dungeons with dozens of levels as well, which offer enough room for multiple groups of adventurers.
Here, players can battle against monsters of their own strength and move on to new battlegrounds, as soon as they reach higher levels. On the hunt for more experience and treasure, explorers, combative players and shady characters can enter deep into these grottoes and sunless dungeons. If the creatures of darkness aren't challenging enough, player groups can battle each other in special PvP dungeons. But not all of those dark places in Runes of Magic can be entered at all times.
