How fast do shows go on hulu

Currently there doesn't appear to be a set schedule. The Office and a few other programs usually air within a couple of days. I looked for American Idol a few times and was unable to locate it. I stopped Hulu Plus a few months ago and, though it was exhibiting some of these problems then, it seems to have dropped off significantly since then. It's especially bad since uploading shows within a day of airing is their USP but they put so many restrictions and buffers between you and the shows, that you just want to give up!
